We’ve been talking with event organizers for months to design the best event management tools for you with features to make your life easier. Mixily is feature rich with simple UX. Some of the features we are most proud of:

• Contact Lists  - We've made it easier to remember who to include, and to invite them all at once with Contact Lists. Build your lists, and use them over and over. Updates to your guest information will automatically be saved in your Contacts for next time. You can quickly invite the same guest list to multiple events.
• Date Polls - Want to pick the date that’s best for the most people? So do we. With our Scheduling-Poll feature you can do just that. Offer a few dates, see what’s best for everyone and make it so.
• Recurring Events - Make it one, use it forever. With our recurring events feature, you can duplicate events, re-invite the same people, and have a fantastic time, over and over again. 
• All Your Favorite Integrations with Zapier - Add it to GCal, Connect a Zoom Call, Integrate it into Your Website, Connect with Mailchimp. We’re here to make getting together easier and more elegant.

• No Upfront Costs - There are no monthly costs associated with Mixily. To host a free event and collect RSVPs, it's free. To host a ticketed event (including contribution based/donation based tickets), we charge 1% and $.30 per paid ticket sold. In addition, our credit card processor charges 2.9% and $.30 per transaction.

• Automatic Reminders - Mixily makes it easy to keep the conversation going with your guests who've RSVPed—and sends a reminder to those who haven't.
• Scheduled Reminders 📣 - Scheduled reminders that ping your invitees one week and one day before your event, that you can customize the *timing* of, *disable* them altogether, or add a *custom message* with a friendly nudge.

How is this all free?

To host a free event and collect RSVPs, there is absolutely no cost to you. You read it right free! We want to help you gather your community and send them invitations that represent your style and save you time.

Selling Tickets?

If you are selling tickets to your event, we will charge a percentage of tickets sold. But there are no upfront costs or hidden fees, so the fees are only based on the total tickets you sell. To host a ticketed event (including contribution based/donation based tickets), we charge a service fee of 1% and $.30 per paid ticket sold. In addition, our credit card processor charges 2.9% and $.30 per transaction. These fees are deducted from the ticket price, so the ticket price is what the attendees pay.
