Jenn Palandro is the User Experience (UX) Designer at Hello Brio, and she’s had an interesting career path, to say the least. She spent nearly a decade in web design, web development, and User Interface and User Experience Design (which is a fancy way of saying websites and apps, including research that goes behind the psychology of making good design decisions). 

She’s a Drexel University design graduate and self-taught in everything else because she believes whole-heartedly in the power of self-improvement and continuous learning.
