We will retreat to a beautiful waterfront home which overlooks the west side of the Colorado River. Imagine meditating on a paddleboard in serene waters, practicing yoga overlooking the sunset on the lake, riding bikes to lush hiking trails, feeding our body with delicious plant-based healthy meals, and connecting around the campfire. We will be in an ideal location for excursions to go boating on the lake, nearby hiking, wineries, and much more!

Meet your hosts
We are so excited to host you for this transformative retreat! As dentists, we both know how easy it is to get caught up in the daily grind and busy-ness of life such that our wellness practices get put on the back-burner. We understand the pressures of having a high stress and demanding profession that can be emotionally, mentally, and physically draining, and on top of it all, balancing family life and other passions. We get how hard it can feel (guilt may creep up) to take time for yourself but deep down you know this will make your heart and spirit happy.

Dr. Shivani Kamodia Barto is a general dentist in San Antonio, Texas. She has been teaching yoga for over 8 years (RYT-200), and loves to teach a fiery, creative style of power yoga. Shivani is passionate about bringing communities of like minded and hearted women together to explore personal development through yoga and mindfulness. She is constantly studying topics in wellness, health, and personal growth, and finding balance between ambitious dreams and having fun. Shivani’s high energy and adventurous nature will help you tap into your inner Wild.

Dr. Diana Liu is a general dentist focused in Dental Sleep Medicine and a certified Yoga and Yoga Nidra teacher in Sechelt, British Columbia. She loves to help women access their rest, stillness, creativity, and intuition through the practice of Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She has been through burnout, illness, divorce, breakdowns, and breakthroughs. Yoga and Yoga Nidra didn’t prevent tough times from happening, but it gave her the resilience, perspective shifts, forgiveness, and self-compassion through those times. Diana’s passion for slowing down, deep rest, listening to that inner voice, savouring the small moments, and playing, will help you connect into your Wild!

Accommodations
There will be shared and private rooms available. Once you have booked, we will reach out and work with you to arrange your specific bed. Please note that rooms 1 and 2 each have one single bed. There are two price options listed to provide the opportunity for you to bring a guest for a small additional cost. We encourage you to invite any friends or family who would are woman in healthcare or another busy profession!

Check In & Check Out:
Check-in Thursday June 24th before 6pm. Arrive early to get the fullest experience. Check out on Sunday June 27th before 3pm.
COST: A $500 USD non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. By securing your spot, you are authorizing the use of the credit card details provided, which will be used for the remaining balance 15 days prior to the event date. Please contact us if there are any changes or cancellations. The cost is all inclusive; cost includes all accommodations, most meals, activities, breathwork, sound bowls, excursions, spa services, and a private 45 minute massage. Please note that one dinner is not included; specifically dinner on Friday night, where we will be dining out.
CANCELLATION POLICY: $500 USD deposit payment is non-refundable. All other payments will be refunded with a 10 day or more notice of cancellation. Due to COVID-19, we understand that extenuating circumstances and unpredictable events can occur. We reserve the right to postpone the retreat to a later date in the event that your safety is compromised due to COVID-19.
TRANSPORTATION: We recommend flying into either the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, about an hour drive from Kingston, TX. Shivani will help arranging transportation to and from the airport, more details on timing and cost to come!
