The VIRGO Full Moon arrives March 18.
Since the New Moon in Pisces sent us into a creator’s dream, we might have spent the past two weeks tossing around ideas and thinking about what it is we need to do next. This Full Moon in Virgo at 27° is a helpful grounding point for the ethereal and frankly unorganized energy of the Pisces New Moon we’ve been building upon. Creative energy gets wasted if it isn’t directed into something tangible, so this moon has arrived to assist you in seeing the details necessary to connect your dreams to reality.
The Moon in Virgo itself will be in a tight trine to Pluto in Capricorn, while Pluto makes a sextile to the Sun. This leads us to deep reserves of power with which to draw upon and transform our businesses. Some master plan has been building in the background of your mind and this moon is the perfect opportunity to identify the details, map a plan of execution and take action. With Mars and Venus both in Aquarius squaring Uranus, we would seriously benefit from engaging with more efficient tools to help our business run more smoothly. Do your due diligence and research though, to ensure you’re using the right tool for the right job. The details matter with this Moon since Virgo is a taskmaster at heart focused on efficiency and organization.
Energy - Strong action. Harmony. This is a period of pre-celebration (but don’t pause for too long). The buds have begun to appear and there are great feelings of expectation of the flowering of your goals. This phase is active and integrative. Keep moving forward, you’re nearly there.

What you’ll need...
• Zoom
• Headphones (highly recommended)
• Comfortable safe space to lay down
• Blanket

Additional Considerations...
• Eat light. Try to eat at least an hour before the breathwork session and eat a lighter meal. It’ll just be more comfortable as you breathe. You’ll also be able to go a little deeper.
• Hydrate: Both before AND after the session.
• Tissues: You may want to have some close by as you may experience emotional release.
• Chapstick: May help with dryness and make it more comfortable
• Dim the room
• Pillow under the knees: Some may experience restless legs. Avoid using a pillow under your head as that blocks the airway.
