Breathwork is an amazing tool to strengthen the respiratory system, relieve stress/anxiety and boost the immune system. Breathing is the single most important thing we do every day and how we breathe profoundly impacts our nervous system, immune system, brain and mental/emotional state.

I am so grateful to have learned these tools that have helped me stay healthy and resilient in times of challenge, and want to share them with as many people as possible during this pandemic! With love, Mallory
